Develop and implement acquisition campaigns targeting new prospects in key segments and markets
• Develop and deliver nurturing programs to enhance customer engagement and drive demand
• Create retention and loyalty email programs across business areas to increase Customer Satisfaction and improve re-purchase/cross-sell/up-sell
• Collaborate with Content & Communication Team and Sales Team to specify required content for the campaigns always focusing on the Customer Journey and marketing life cycle.
• Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behaviour, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.
• Utilise the Marketing Automation platform to its best through Engagement Flows, Forms, Automations etc.
• Run A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance
• Track campaign performance and tweak marketing automation flows accordingly
• Ensure GDPR compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data
• Measure effectiveness of marketing campaign programs and further optimize to convert leads into customers
• Analysis and Reporting of all marketing automation program
